Nature's Grace - Spiritual Mentoring

Have you longed to talk to someone you trust about your beliefs, your faith, or your religious experiences?
Or perhaps you would like to review events of your life within a spiritual context.

Spiritual Mentoring isan opportunity to discuss anything that is on your mind or heart with the context being your spiritual life and your relationship with God or the Divine. Any issue, concern, or achievement of your life can be shared within this context.

You may, for example, wish to explore such topics as life path, suffering, forgiveness, healing issues of loss, time and use of time, death, relationships, religions, or your sense of spiritual well being.

Spiritual Mentoring is based on principles of love, respect for the whole person (intellect, spirit, and emotions), openness and confidentiality.

It is the goal of Spiritual Mentoring,if it can be said to have a goal, to move toward experiencing more of the positive aspects of life. This may include experiencing improved communication, forgiving others and receiving forgiveness for oneself, simplicity, love, and satisfaction, healing of old wounds, going through the grief process, and other ways in which we acknowledge the past while forging a new future.

I use simple listening techniques, healing and forgiveness processes, and gentle breath work. My goal is to assist you to find your own deep truths.

I am spiritually eclectic, a member of an inclusive Christian Church and I practice Buddhist mindfulness meditation.

The first introductory appointment is free so you can determine if this will meet your needs. Appointments are $35 to $50, on a sliding basis. It is typical to meet anywhere from once every two weeks to once a month. Meetings take place in the Mountain View/Palo Alto, California area.
